Booking, Payments, and Refunds
Registration & Payment
All online consultations must be booked in advance via our website. Payment for services is required at the time of booking or as specified in the service invoice. We accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers common in Poland.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the consultation credit.
Intellectual Property Rights
The dietary plans, recipes, analysis reports, and educational materials provided to you are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
